Each grade will be moving on to a new project this week. Here is a recap of what we've done so far.

6th grade:

Completed Introduce Yourself and Ribbon Hero 2. 

Today we worked on using school email.

7th grade:

Completed Introduce Yourself and personal choice websites.

8th grade:

Completed Introduce Yourself projects, personal choice websites, and 2 days of typing practice on typingweb.com. 

Podcasts

Introduce Yourself

Today we will take a closer look at our computer lab and start on the Introduce Yourself paper. All students, 6th-8th, will be answering the questions asked on the Introduce Yourself document. 

For those who have had my class before, go ahead and complete the document anyway as some things may have changed for you since the last time you answered the questions. Back to School!

Ok, so that Voki isn't the most exciting, but it is an example of the kind of thing you can expect to try out in technology class. We will be covering some of the fundamentals you will need for your academic classes and also some things that might be a little more fun and challenging. This year will be a great one and I can't wait to see you all.
